Parmesan Chips

Crunchy chips that are great as a snack or tossed into a salad for a little extra crunch.

This is a wonderful snack for all 3 Phases of the South Beach Diet. I also highly recommend sprinkling these "chips" over a salad if you're missing croutons.
Interesting snack, never thought of that!
when I used to do Atkins I did this with all kinds of cheese, yummy in taco salad, etc, on you on a diet, suppose we could use low fat cheddar cheese what does anyone think

These were so good, but it takes alot of cheese to make enough for you to feel like you have ate any!

These are great for the Atkins Diet, and you can also cut American cheese in fourths and then heat in microwave...and they are also good! Thanks

These are great! I've been making them for years. I'll have with hummus or salsa. My favorite is to top with taco ground beef, salsa, guacamole and non fat sour cream. Yummy NACHOS! I use non fat cheese and pan spray.

Allow me to clarify the ingredients -- I think they mean shredded parm. I tried it with the grated parm and got nothing but brown powder. Now I have a Costco sized tub of grated parm . . .
