I still need to go grocery shopping, but I have been trying to cut back what I eat with the stuff I have right now. My daily recommended calorie intake is 3600. That seems like a lot and I am not sure I will be able to eat that much, but on the plus side I can still eat a little bit of the stuff I like and should still be able to stay under 3600 calories. :) Does anyone know where you can buy a scale that goes higher then 280?
