My total weight loss has been at least 30 pounds. I weigh-in again next week. I am trying to figure out how to respond when I hear comments about my new appearance. I really don't like when my husband calls me skinny, when I am far from skinny. He also says things like I'm all skin and bones, which I am not. These comments irritate me because I don't know what he is really trying to do. In the past, he has given me very little support in my weight loss. I am not the sort of person who needs a lot of comments or complements. I think I am just not used to getting them, so I have adjusted to not getting them. True complements I can take, but calling me skinny when I weigh 214, is not right to me.

4.5 pounds down since my weigh-in 2 weeks ago. I am following the process and it is working. This weekend we went out of town on a long trip to Chicago and I still kept to the process. Normally that would been difficult to stick with. Thankful that I think I am finally figuring my weight out.

First full day traveling. Out of my regular routine away from the comforts of my home. I did good today. I hope that the next 3 days go just as well.

5 pounds down since the last weigh-in 2 weeks ago. I am focusing on the process and making sure that I am doing as many of the "right" things I know to do in order to lose this excess weight once and for all. I have lost of total of 25 pounds since the beginning of March. I still have 39 more pounds to go until I get to my 1st goal weight. When I get there (and I know I will), I am going to celebrate big time! I am going to treat myself to something that I have been wanting to do, like take a jewelry making class or learn how to knit and/or crochet. A new outfit will also be in order. I have 2 more weight goals to reach in order to be at the weight that I want to be. Taking 1 day at a time.
