5 pounds down since the last weigh-in 2 weeks ago. I am focusing on the process and making sure that I am doing as many of the "right" things I know to do in order to lose this excess weight once and for all. I have lost of total of 25 pounds since the beginning of March. I still have 39 more pounds to go until I get to my 1st goal weight. When I get there (and I know I will), I am going to celebrate big time! I am going to treat myself to something that I have been wanting to do, like take a jewelry making class or learn how to knit and/or crochet. A new outfit will also be in order. I have 2 more weight goals to reach in order to be at the weight that I want to be. Taking 1 day at a time.
