Today I finally dipped under 200 pounds, weighing in at 199.6 today! I know it is not much under 200, but it is a psychological thing with me. My total weight loss since December 2012 is 47.4 pounds. I am determined not to find or pick these unwanted pounds back up - This time! I am on my way to my 1st weight goal of 180. Feeling good!!!

I just had to post this. I have a pair of skinny jeans that I used to be able to wear 2-3 years ago. They are Micheal Kor jeans and they fit very nice. Well over the past couple of years I just blew up to the point of not being able to even get 1 leg in those pants. Most of the smaller items I couldn't fit into anymore, I gave away. But not my Michael Kor jeans. I am still about 20 pounds away from achieving my first goal weight, but am happy to say that I was able to wear my Michael Kor skinny jeans today. They looked gooooood on me! I even had a little room in them, which I am inwardly smiling about. I have a screen saver picture on my computer of me wearing these jeans, which I have been using as a daily motivator. My whole mindset has been renewed and changed with regard to eating and exercise. I know I can get to my ultimate weight goal of 145, working the process day by day!
