I need some real ideas
I would recommend doing burst training. Skinny Bitch (the book)
If I could make a suggestion on a book to read. I would recommend getting the "Healing Diet" Cookbook. It explains the cause of weight loss resistance on why people can't lose weight. It also includes recipes and a free audio CD. This diet literally saved my life. I am 26 years old and was borderline diabetic and high blood pressure. My testimonial is posted on a blog. I have lost so far 127 pounds and I did it the save way and without hardly any exercise. http://www.pompahealthsolutions.com/blog I would highly recommend getting the book and watching the online youtube videos by Pompa Health Solutions they are life changing. They also just posted their first video 1 of 3 series. Why you can't lose weight 21st Century and detoxification. I would highly recommend watching that video on the main website before they post up video 2 of 3 Smile

. Believe me when I first started this diet it was a real eye opener for me. We can't afford to fail.
