Today I maxed my RDI's, and went over my carbs by 8.6. Stayed in the hospital all day with my husband. Ate vegetable sticks - too many carbs. Crazy how a person can overdo vegetables. No matter how long I've done Atkins, I just can't get over the old thinking of low fat and more veggies.

My husband went into the hospital today. I tried eating healthy but really wanted to munch. I eat when I'm nervous.
I bought pistachios figuring it was the something I could munch on. I still went over in carbs today but at least it was healthy carbs. I think it could have been much worse.

I think for the first time I got it right. I stayed under my RDI's by 650. Plus I stayed around 21 carbs. Been doing this a while and finally got every thing to work out.
Here's to day two!
