Day 7, increased my fat intake to see if I lose anything - been the same weight for over a week.

Day 6 - stayed under my RDI's barely. Did low all day just so I could eat at Joe's crab shack.

Day 5 = went over my RDI's! Managed to do 1 hour of water aerobics - hope I didn't do to much damage.
Just trying to keep under my RDI's - eating more protein and lower carbs.

Day 4 - still staying under my RDI's - too high on the carbs today because I shared a small popcorn and milk shake with my granddaughter at the movies.
Not to bad but I can do better! And, tomorrow I will.
