Hi my name is Donna,

I am in my fourties, and need to loose at least 3 stone, hopefully before my hols in September but not holding my breath lol, I have lost 11 lbs so far so quite pleased so lets hope i can continue at this pace.

I also work in a kitchen so not too good, but trying hard not in indulge, also on my feet all day so quite active while i am at work. We also work shifts so hard trying to fit in exercise sometimes, i use wii fit when i can.

after reading these comments got me thinking and went to check out my calorie intake, i have been having around 1,000 calories a day, i have been loosing around 2lbs every week until ths week. so i have decided i need to up my calorie to 1200. and will try to fit in more exercise only problem i have to be careful with my astma

Hi i heard that your body needs 50g carbs and fat is around 30g, dont know about protein though.

Depression....anyone?????
Hi Hagitha

Hang in there, loosing weight is not easy for any of us at the best of times, I personally know what depression is like, at one time I had it for several years on and off. as for the numbness, i have pin and needles in my arms and mostly my fingers, after severl trips to the doctors and several sets of test i found out I have a B12 deficency which is what causes the pins and needles so i take B12 tablets from Holland and Barrets.

Right, starting again from scratch, got back off hols and got a bad cold three weeks later still got cold which then turned into chest infection and along ...
