Hi my name is Donna,
I am in my fourties, and need to loose at least 3 stone, hopefully before my hols in September but not holding my breath lol, I have lost 11 lbs so far so quite pleased so lets hope i can continue at this pace.
I also work in a kitchen so not too good, but trying hard not in indulge, also on my feet all day so quite active while i am at work. We also work shifts so hard trying to fit in exercise sometimes, i use wii fit when i can.
