been to doctors now on steroid tablets and got a week off sick,

Right, starting again from scratch, got back off hols and got a bad cold three weeks later still got cold which then turned into chest infection and along with astma couldnt breath,
so after my antibiotics will be starting again, lets see how i do this time.
