I'm a wife of 10 years, a mom of 3 children, 2 cats and a vizsla (my 4th child even if he is a dog=))I work full time while my husband picks up the pieces considering I work 9a-6p and he's 5a-2p :) what can I say, he treats us all well.

I was never an active person in school but somehow remained small. I gained over 50lbs during my first pregnancy, 20 the second time and not much the third as I was working then. Otherwise I was a stay at home mom for 8 years. I now weigh the same amount as I did on the day I gave birth the first time--it just upsets me. So for the last two years i've been exercising (love to run and love Turbo Jam)and making better eating choices but here I am...STILL. Hoping to lose some weight and meet some others and meet my goals with me

Of course, you should check with your Doctor first. The first thing I can think of would be water exercise or a bicycle. Good luck!

Body Image
I found myself in the same scenerio and then i found an article and a quote stood out that i still repeat. "if you don't/can't love yourself before the weight is off, then you still won't after the weight is gone"

slowly i have tried to accept myself and come to being content with what i have become. doesn't mean im not still trying to improve it but it's a different outlook.
