Does Alli work
Alli does not suppress your appetite, it inhibits fat absorption in the intestinal tract. Upside: it blocks your body from absorbing fats. Downside: makes absorption of crucial vitamins and minerals markedly reduced, and if you eat fatty foods your stools will be very greasy.

Helps, but still requires a lot of self-control in regards to eating habits.
