Calorie count confusion
Hi! I am following Atkins owl. So not induction as i felt really ill on it. So now I try to keep my carbs around 50g. I d rather keep track of calories which seems the best way regardless of what you eat!! So I set it at 1200. Doing well average 102 percent on average in last ten days. Question when tracking exercise as well. The tracker always gives me a good difference between exercise calories and food calories. So in one day I have a net deficit of 800 let's say from the 2000 required to sleep and rest from my intake 1200. So after 5 days I should have 4000 calories deficit so more than one pound (3500 calories) but the scale is not moving!! Am I using this tracker right??
