No exercise is taking its tole.
I don't eat meat, and try to stay away from dairy, if I can resist the cream gravy for breakfast at work.
I think I also eat way too many potatoes and other simple carbs that are creating calories I can't get rid of without exercise.

Officially starting the Vegetarian diet, since eggs, and other dairy products, and fish are still a part of my diet occasionally.

I have found that I still have a strong desire to eat eggs, and cream gravy.
I would like to discontinue eating cream gravy, unless of course it is vegan.
I think I still crave eggs, since they are a good source of protein, and I my diet may be lacking in proteins at times.

Still can't stop wanting potatoes & cream gravy, or french fries!
I'll get over it.
Not really vegan anymore. Just mostly.
Still eat eggs, some cheeses, and fresh caught fish, and shell fish.
