OK! I'm seeing some good results from adding a bit of exercise to my plan. I wish I could do more, but my muscles are screaming at me! I am feeling stronger though and love seeing the way my clothes fit (or don't fit) now! My step machine routine has helped me to dramatically lose some definitely unwanted inches in my waist, hips, and thighs! My slacks are either too big to wear without a belt or they are about to be. My 5 lb. hand weight routine has really been beneficial as well! My neck has lost an entire chin! My arms and shoulders don't take-up so much room in my t-shirt tops and several of my blouses are too big to wear now! YAY! I have never had much of a bust-line, until I became obese, that is. Being a B cup my whole life, I didn't feel too bad about going to a C cup, but ending up a DD-cup was mortifying!! My bras are now too big! YAY again! I am so glad to see that my breasts have "deflated" quite a bit and they aren't the first thing I see walking up to a mirror anymore. Now I notice my long neck right away! My plan is to incorporate some stretching into my work-out routine to help my muscles.

So I added exercise. What a change I've seen!! Should have started this work-out routine a LONG TIME AGO! Step machine and a routine with 5 lb hand weights. It takes me about 25 minutes now! I keep increasing my time and intensity on the step machine. I've gone from 3 minutes to 9 minutes!

Had a BBQ and guests brought sausage burgers for grilling.
We ate on that meat for 3 days! That and potato salad.
