too upset with my weight
also it takes a while to get the ball rolling in the right direction... you have muscle weight gain, and water weight from working out..
eat real food and cut calories but not too far... fruit, veggies and lean meat..

will power with sweets is what is keeping me down... I know my issues but can't seem to care when the time comes to make my choices.. really need to get in my head space
