Where do I start, I live in Northern Cali. I'm married and have a 3 year old son. My weight issues started as soon as I started College, too much fast food, partying and no excersize. I have tried the low carb on and off for a few years. I loose weight but then fall back into my old ways. but this time I know it is different! I'm doing this low carb as a way of life not just a diet. My mom and grandparents from both sides have diabetes and high blood pressure. My younger sister was just recently put on High blood pressure medication and she weighs less than me!! I have gotten all my blood work checked out and thank God I'm doing good. I want to stay strong and healthy so i can enjoy spending time with my son. I want to look good and feel good in a little black dress ;)

Hello people!!
So I've made the decision of starting the low carb diet AGAIN! this is my 2nd day and I feel good.. it takes a lil longer to prep my lunch but that is ok! This is my first time on fatsecret, It's nice to know people are dieting with you.... Have a good day!!
