Not losing enough weight in these last few weeks. Need to tweak my training program and watch what I eat. On the plus side I feel fit , healthier, better. By the end of march I need to be at my goal weight or else...
February is the month to step things up. 3 kilos to lose in feb. definitely need to step things up considering I lost 2 kilos this month.

Feeling healthier already after just a few days of training. As far as the adjusting to the eating... That's going well except that I wake up in the middle of the night a little hungry.
This is what I need to enhance in my diet and schedule...
Eating the biggest and healthiest meal for breakfast.
Lunch is fine for now.
Supper needs to be light.
Need to start training in the early mornings.... Maybe a bike ride. Also need to do a medley of exercises so as not to get bored of training. I need to watch some inspirational movies or videos so as to keep myself motivated.
Success can only be achieved through hard work and dedication.. Six packs don't come easy... So gut up!.... So u can get the gut out....

This year starts off well. Quit smoking, started eating healthy... I think. Started excercising.
Here's my problem.... I NEED TO FOLLOW THROUGH.....
Getting goin is easy. One week .... Two weeks ... Maybe even three weeks. My hurdles are trying to maintain the program and make my healthy living , eating, excercising into a complete lifestyle. Living the healthy life.
This is my promise to myself....
I promise to maintain my excercise, eating, and living healthy.
I promise to overlook all my quick fix solutions to a healthy life and choose to take the right road to a healthy life.
I promise to set myself reasonable goals to keep myself motivated.
I promise to succeed....
This is wot I'm gonna avoid....
Laziness...
Complacency...
Goal 1....
