This year starts off well. Quit smoking, started eating healthy... I think. Started excercising.
Here's my problem.... I NEED TO FOLLOW THROUGH.....
Getting goin is easy. One week .... Two weeks ... Maybe even three weeks. My hurdles are trying to maintain the program and make my healthy living , eating, excercising into a complete lifestyle. Living the healthy life.
This is my promise to myself.... I promise to maintain my excercise, eating, and living healthy. I promise to overlook all my quick fix solutions to a healthy life and choose to take the right road to a healthy life. I promise to set myself reasonable goals to keep myself motivated. I promise to succeed....
This is wot I'm gonna avoid.... Laziness... Complacency...
Goal 1.... Follow thru..... 1 complete month.
