Hello Everyone.
I've been on and off the Fat Secret Site for several years and here
I am once again trying desperately to get a handle on my OUT OF CONTROL
eating. In 2010 I was very much in control and got to my goal weight
of 135.0lbs. I can not tell you what a wonderful feeling that was, then
over time the weight started creeping up and I knew in my heart exactly
what I was going to gain weight again. It was the fact that I LOVE FOOD.
So, do I live to eat OR eat to live? So my starting weight was 194.8 lbs
on July 21, 2017. I'll just take it one day at a time (baby steps) and
see where this journey takes me. I'm doing what I call a modified version
of Atkins Low Carb. Wish me luck on this most important undertaking.
Best of Luck to you all as well.
By July 2019, lets see if I can get to 140.0 lbs.

Oh My, Vk 6. Your NOT getting enough calories. I'm 5' 3 and the
least I can have and still lose weight is 1000. Less than that
and my body goes into STARVATION mode.

intermittent fasting
Yes I do the 16/8 on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. I love it.

I do the 16/8 I F as well. I've been doing it for sometime now and I love
the results!! I do my fasting on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from

Thanks Hoser for the posting!! I'm from the GREAT State of Washington
S.W. Washington just 40 miles North of Portland, Oregon and 130 miles South
of Seattle, WA. I retired from nursing in 2008. Life is AWESOME!!!
