ANOTHER QUESTION....
hMMM Ok so I have been on a different thought process when it came to calories I thought less was better i GUESS NOT !!!! OK This is probably why I really haven't been losing too much I have been trying to stay under 1000 intake. Yes I have noticed water retention I see it in my ankles. I think I will start measuring instead I get too frustrated weighing in! LOL Thank s again Peeps!!! Your the best as always!!

ANOTHER QUESTION....
If I don't intake the recommended calories and take in even less will this make me gain weight even though I am not starving myself? I'm eating to the point where I am satisfied when my stomach growls i EAT. No problem but I have gained 2 pounds UGGGGGGDoubt

Wow Thank you for all that responded!! It looks like you all pretty much agree weight then cardio. will do! Thank you all very much for the help. I do want a more slender body with-out the mass of muscle just nice and toned.

Which is better????
Doing Cardio everyother day with weight training in the days I don't do cardio or weight training with little cardio. I am looking for the best way to slim down and tone up.
