Change requires change.
I am looking for a 7 day streak this week in all areas.
I missed a few times of exercises for the formula.
I am not upset, and I am not beat going to beat myself.
Only strive for the 7 day streak. Otherwise, I defeat my purpose.
Go for what I know can happen.
Seek what I know I can do.
This week I over worked myself in my yard and helping others in their yard.
I took Sunday, (my usual day), and Monday off. Really no choice, body quit.
Very sore and very wore out.
Sunday had a hard dayat Kohl's! I used my $10 off coupon. It was exhausting! Looking at mark downs in an air conditioned building! I am not used to that! 8 pair of panties for $9.91 which was free because of coupon that was given to me! Yeepie! Ticket said savings of $75.85!
Monday, I tried to get up and go full speed, my body would not cooperate. I did accomplish more than I expected.
Follow the plan is my goal.
Moderation, in everything.
Plan everything.

Doing so much better at exercises. Still not at the 100% level I want, but very very close. Sold 100%on being mentally and physically fit, healthy and motivated. Also to be an encouraging roll model for others.
I feel so much time has past, and time is short. I have to really, really get in high gear.
Keep motivated, keep goal in sight, the end results in front of my vision. Be clear, no clouded, doubting, blurred vision only possitive, straight forward go get the prize, attitude. Win my body over possitively to health, fitness and wellness.
Computer not cooperating, won't let me change anything, fonts, underline....I hit preview shows different than what I edit it to.
I am still happy and pleased to be feeling better and results going in the direction I like.

Doing better.
I love the feeling of the exercises. I am working on getting better at the routine. It is still a hit and miss. Work very hard everyday, heavy work, and cardio induced. I know if a regular routine of the right combination is done the results are phenomenal.
Keep a positive attitude.
Remind myself to be healthy.
See the end results in the beginning.
Keep my eyes on the the end results.
Keep my goals in front of me.
Plan meals.
Plan exercise.
Reward myself with positive affirmations saying how good I am at this,
how good it works for me when following what is planned.

Thinking about what I am doing,eating clean,drinking water,exercising.
Why do I want to do this, healthy body.
Think positive about it, plan it.
Plan for people to down me for it, plan what to say to people, when they do.
Plan for trips, shopping, birthdays, holidays, special events.
Plan to set your mind.
Plan your motivation and goals write them and look at them.
Plan nutrition.
Plan exercise.
It does not mean you always follow planning, but setting your mind to it first, is most important. It is the reprogramming of your brain, that you are accomplishing to defeat the unhealthy lifestyle. Some people can reprogram and more easily than others. That is the difference in the rate of successful results.
