Seeing the results of plans followed.
Unplanned, uncharted territory, in fitness and healthy is not successful.
It takes determination.
Self discipline.
Drive to succeed, meet and reach your goals you set in front of you.
Believe you can do it even when you, have the Lord and yourself as your only audible support group.
Know that He is always there and you can speak audibly to Him and He will listen always. Without complaint or grumbles. I will succeed in the last 7 weeks.
I am disciplined.
I have great health.
I exercise.
I am wonderful.
I have a positive attitude.
I care about others, help them and take care of me first to be a stronger me for helping them.
I document my food intake.
I keep track of my exercise program.
I check in with myself frequently and keep positive.
If negative is around me, leave.
I will reach all of my goals. BECAUSE....
I set goals I know I can reach, and I have a plan.
AND it is there already, all I have to do is utilized it.
It works when I work the plan.
The harder I work the plan , the more the plan works.
This is it and I am excited.

Worked hard.
Ate clean.
Ate too much.
Not enough formal exercise.
