I just turned 40 and I'm in the worst shape of my life! Two years ago I got a big promotion at work and I've done nothing but work since. I've gained 30 lbs and stopped exercising. I'm trying to get a balance back in my life and make some time for myself. I want to lose wait, get back in shape, find some friends and feel good again!
