Hello Sister,
By Gods grace we can all be sucessful, I'd love to encourage and be encouraged. What diet are you on, what are your weakness?
I'm Kathy, I've been a member for 24 hours! I don't have a lot to lose now, but lost 47 pounds and reached my goal weight about a year ago, although it took me nearly 3 years to lose. But thats okay because that's part of sucess....taking the time to learn to change your eatting. I did gain 10 pounds back and loved the thought of joining forces with other women trying to accomplish the same thing.
Lets talk.

Hi April,
I'll be your buddy...How long have you been a member on the website? How has the diet gone for you since you started last week? Is it hard to detox and change your food intake?

Breakfast Boredom
I don't mind eatting eggs, but on phase one on the South Beach Diet it is strictly protein and low starch veggies. I usually end up just eatting a couple of scrambled eggs, after a few days of that I could just gag looking at a plain egg. I'll remember the Belgian Waffles when I move on to phase 2. Thanks.
Thanks also for the sauteed veggie and turkey sausage idea. I can really get stuck in the "customary breakfast foods rut".

Breakfast Boredom
Breakfast on phase one of The South Beach Diet is pretty limited, eggs.... Does anyone have some good receipes for breakfast?
