Hello I am 34 yrs old and have been anti diet and excersise for pretty much my whole adult life. Do to a major career change(thanks to my weight) I started excersising and watching what I eat. I was 220 at my peak, but I am know down to 200. Only 25 more to go and I will be at my goal. With the support of my awesome wife and son it should not be a problem, but you can never have to much encouargment. So good luck to all those who have a goal.

Exercise Sucks!
Trust me. It does SUCK!!! Try to find something that you like. I started easy. I would go for a bike ride, then moved on to walking on the treadmill, increase your speed gradullay. Then before you know it it won't be so bad. There will be days that you don't feel like doing anytthing, but there will also be days when you don't do excersise then you will miss it.
