I'm 33 and have been gaining for 10yr now. Eating is how I deal with stress and it has caught up with me big time! I need to lose 60lb. Unhappy with many things in my life but the weight is the biggest thing that I can take control of. I'm a new hair dresser and i'm building my clientel Right or wrong image is a big part of this business. Along with my hair skills. Looking and feeling better might help!
Going to do The new ME diet. (metabolic effect). Excited about using fatsecret. Looks like a great tool! Just need to remember tools only work when you use them.

For the emotional eaters...........
This was very helpful. I just started to notice that i go to food as soon as im stressed. I think its a bad habit i picked up being on the road all the time for 5yrs (job). Stoping to get a bite to eat was about the only thing i thought i had to look forward to when i was away from home. Coffee is also a big one for me.Starbucks Peppermint Mochas! Trying to break the coffee habit too. I sip on a mixture of brewed coffee with unsweetend chocolate almond milk I add ground cinnamon and cocoa powder. And sweeten it with truvia. I keep a big pitcher of this in the refrigerator. I dont think I even drink a whole cup a day. when I want chocolate , coffee,or just something sweet
this takes care of it. And keeps my caffine headachs away. really Help when I wanting to eat out of stress .
