I haven't been good to myself lately. In the past I would stray off my diets after like a week of being on them and I managed to go 3 weeks this time and like all the other times before, I strayed off, I'll have a healthy breakfast and a healthy lunch and then I'll just eat whatever for dinner and I've been eating unhealthy snacks and eating after 8:00pm which I promised my self that I would stop doing ughh and I stopped working out this week because I've been too "tired" is the excuse I use. What is wrong with me! I knew this time would be different because I still want to lose weight really badly but then I'll just forget about how important it is to me at the end of the day. I just lose my motivation when I get really busy I guess. I need to get back into the swing of things and fast because I was scared to weigh in this morning so I didn't and that's when I knew I gave up again.

Oh my word!! My mother made my salad for lunch today because I was busy this morning and she put waaayyyyy to much ranch in it because thats the way she likes it..gross..lol

So It's the morning and I'm at work, I have an office job so I'm sitting for 80% of my day, I feel super lazy...I feel like if I stand up at my computer though I'm going to look silly, haha, but it needs to be done!

I'm so happy that I have finally made the official decision to lose all this weight, I want to be able to love myself in a bathing suit this summer more than anything, and just like myself in general. I just get so discouraged sometimes because its such a slow process to me and I have no patients s lot of times. I also feel like its just never going to happen for me, I keep looking for differences each day and I see nothing...this is harder than I thought, but that's no reason to quit now.
