I haven't been good to myself lately. In the past I would stray off my diets after like a week of being on them and I managed to go 3 weeks this time and like all the other times before, I strayed off, I'll have a healthy breakfast and a healthy lunch and then I'll just eat whatever for dinner and I've been eating unhealthy snacks and eating after 8:00pm which I promised my self that I would stop doing ughh and I stopped working out this week because I've been too "tired" is the excuse I use. What is wrong with me! I knew this time would be different because I still want to lose weight really badly but then I'll just forget about how important it is to me at the end of the day. I just lose my motivation when I get really busy I guess. I need to get back into the swing of things and fast because I was scared to weigh in this morning so I didn't and that's when I knew I gave up again.

Hi Jesse, I can totally relate! I have done that cycle too many times to count. Along the way, I have learned a few things. U looked at your food diary. You didn't record dinner last night. But, if that is all you ate, you are not taking in enough calories. I don't mean empty calories of course. You had McAlisters for lunch. Did you not eat dinner because of that? Or maybe just forgot. I went back and looked at past food) couldn't seefoid, but could see values. It really looks to ne that you are setting yourself up to fail. There is nowhere near enough protein in your duet, and because of that, it seems the calories are way too low. No wonder you want to eat and snack at night- you are starving!
