I'm so happy that I have finally made the official decision to lose all this weight, I want to be able to love myself in a bathing suit this summer more than anything, and just like myself in general. I just get so discouraged sometimes because its such a slow process to me and I have no patients s lot of times. I also feel like its just never going to happen for me, I keep looking for differences each day and I see nothing...this is harder than I thought, but that's no reason to quit now.

Jesse, congratulations to go on this journey! Look for inward changes first.. the outer ones will come later. Slow is good- and you never would have heard me say that before! I am new to this site- still learning my way around, but would love to be your buddy. I have started and stopped many times. Now, I'm on a mission to eat right, and not be controlled by food. It's a process- a marathon, not a sprint. Haha, Don't get the idea that I run- no way! But, it's a good analogy.

Thank you so much, I appreciate you taking the time to encourage me! I needed that. I don't run either, I used to, I used do many sports and run every day, then I got lazy, but I walk a mile every day.. when it's not super cold and do some exercises in my room, like dancing and crunches and stuff. I just get lazy so its always helpful to have a friend whose trying to accomplish the same thing. Haha, It was a good analogy, round of applause.
