Still holding at 160 & not loosing. Did start my exercise today ran for 20 min.

I notice that when I enter some of my food items the carb g. differ from that on the Atkins site, which makes it kind of difficult to get an accurate account of what my carb intake was. I will try to be more cautious of that for next time.

This is my first day on this site but my third week on the Atkins diet. I have only lost 5lbs and getting discouraged. This is the 1st diet that I have truly dedicated my time into. I plan to continue for a couple more weeks to see if I make more progress. If anyone has an suggestions to share I am willing to try.
