This is my first day on this site but my third week on the Atkins diet. I have only lost 5lbs and getting discouraged. This is the 1st diet that I have truly dedicated my time into. I plan to continue for a couple more weeks to see if I make more progress. If anyone has an suggestions to share I am willing to try.

Diet Calendar Entries for 15 March 2012:

Welcome to the site. There are lots of knowlegeable folks here that can help you out with suggestions and some lessons they've learned the hard way! For now, just stay with the plan (hopefully, you're following the 2010 Atkins book and/or have gone through the tutorials over on the Atkins site) and keep logging ALL your food here. Once we can take a look at exactly what you're eating....or not eating....over a week's time or so, I'm sure we can help you troubleshoot. Keep the faith...we're here to help!
