Ok, so I'm officially 15 kgs down. Another 53kg to go. I've got to stay focused on the goal. I might not reach it in 6 months and that is 100% FINEEEE. I need to learn to be patient on this journey and learn a few things along the way! I've been struggling with hypo's between 4am-6am daily and it's not good for my calorie consumption or my sleep quality! So tonight I'm trying something different. I already lowered my night-time insulin by 6 units - but that didnt help much this morning. So I'm reducing it again tonight. We have to get this right!! I am not going to Thailand in 2 week's time without being 127kg!!! 5kg to goooo.

It's by time this damn scale moves!!!! 14.5kg down since 28 November. That's just over 23 weeks. That's about 0.65kg loss per week. It's alright but I want more!!!

Sigh. I'm moeg of moving snail speed at this weightloss thing. "But what do you expect when you eat at a tiny calorie-deficit, Jeanelle??" 😔 Yes yes... I'm eating too much and eating calorie dense shit.
