I have officially reached another low in my life. I am the biggest I have ever been. No diet has worked for me. Not even eating according to a plan. Because I overeat naturally. I binge like I haven't binged the past few years. I have so much weight to lose I literally just want to cry. I cannot sit comfortably any longer. I am so unhappy, I cannot imagine myself smiling in the state that I am in. I am starting gym on Wednesday but I am so uncomfortably fat I don't know how I'm gonna do any form of exercise. I know that the magic happens in the kitchen though. :( There is no positive end to this post as I am so negative at the moment.
