I'm 52, a two-time cancer survivor and was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure in 7/2011 due to all the radiation and chemo. I need to lose about 30lbs to take the strain off my heart. Between my meds and going into menopause it's been nothing but an uphill battle for the last two years. I hope this site can help me be stronger and LiveStronger!
