I am 24 years old, a mother and wife. I have always had a passion for food. When i was 20years old I went on a deit and was able to lose over 100lbs. after that I wanted to help other people. I have struggled and managed to gain most of my weight back atleat 65lbs. I spent a year as a nutrition expert and I know most there is to know about losing weight the problem is my motivation. When I lost all that weight I had to well I belived in order for me to be happy I had to lose weight. Now i am in a more comforable situation. I know my husband loves me no matter what I think that plays a big role in my motivation. I really want to beable to get this weight off before summer. Thats my goal be smaller, and happier for the summer I would love to be under 200lbs.

What can you guys recommend for the best Dancing workout?
Just Dance on the Xbox, it is fun plus you can see what you look like while your doing it. Just Dance keeps track of your steps it called Sweat points. Everyone I know loves to just play it but it can be a really good workout, plus if you are shy this is great way to have fun in your comfort zone until you grow your confidence
