Today Im down 4 pounds from last week but I gained 3 pounds last week so really in 2weeks im down a pound. Last night I told my husband that I had a weigh in today He said when did you start your diet today? This make me really look at my self and laugh I am acting like I don't get to eat anything I want yet for the past two weeks my husband couldn't even tell. What that tells me is I am not trying hard enough. I start the day out with great intentions yet by 4 when I get home I clean house make dinner sit on my ass the rest of the night. sometimes I feel its my apartment is like a cave I just get stuck.

Omg I cant seem to get control of myself during the weekend. All weekend I ate crap not one veggie unless in a burger. I love my husband but he doesn't have to watch his weight he can eat whatever he likes and when I am around him I want to eat with him. I have to make healthier habits in the house. I love sugar cant seem to get enough I need veggies in my life lots of veggies. I have to lose 7 lbs this week. I have to drink water no soda no diet soda no juice WATER all day the more I pee the more weight I seem to lose. I need to lose 10lbs, my sister has lost 12lbs and is 80lbs lighter just do it. I want my step back, need to workout in the morning before work @ 6 to 7am then at work 11 to 1

I am feeling better, yet I have not lost any weight. I really want to be happy in the summer I feel like I wont I will be miserable wishing i would have done something about it. I don't over eat at least not enough for me to gain weight especially because I work out for an hour or more a day. I am not talking walking hard intense workouts. I started eating more protein yesterday I think that was a big problem too many carbohydrates. Not enough water

Today was the first weigh in and i gained weight, which I think is weird I have tried, worked out hard and to gain weight I don't know whats going on. No sweets i need to go get gum at the end of the day all i want is something sweet, I just need to brush my teeth. This sucks

I guess i will just have to try harder, keep it up! dont give up! 2 weeks until valentines day my goal is to lose 10lbs and 3 inches by valentines day
