I have been on Fatsecret for the past year and really enjoy the results using their app. I'm 5'6" and 50+ yrs young ;) I am now 140 lbs which is 10 to 15 lbs less than when my profile picture was taken. I have been maintaining my weight now for 3 months and I am just counting calories and exercising. I'm happy with the way I look now. A little background: I'm married and retired from being an accountant. Now I can go out and do what I really want to do - Sailing!

Hi!

I was reading your post. So, which way do you want to go? Up or Down? I notice for me anyway, if I cut back on carbs, and drink more water, I can lose weight very quickly.

Yes, I agree to weighing in everyday. This way, if I gain 2-lbs. or lose 2-lbs (for example), I'll be able to analyze what went wrong or right and correct (it) or add (it) to my diet. I have been doing this for 40 yrs. and it has worked for me.
