I think it's your reduction of sugar intake. I experienced this the first time I did the 17 day diet. I didn't even realize how much sugar I was eating until I did that diet for the first time and saw that sugar is in just about everything. It will go away if you stick to it

the 17 Day diet is awesome...you will see good results as soon as day 2 if you follow it correctly. You don't starve on this diet and you eat lots of good for you foods. You can only buy the book online to be able to follow the diet but it's fairly cheap (I think I paid about $15 for it). Good Luck
