Im a mother, wife, worker. I lead a busy life and it is hard to find the time and opporunity to really work out with two small children but I'm ready to try. We recently moved from Ks to Tx. My husband and I decided we needed a change so we quit our jobs, sold our house, loaded our things and left. We are determined to start over right here. Looking for a new house, new jobs, new bodies! Its stressful, but hey when isn't life stressful? I plan on eventually losing about 100 pounds maybe more. For my smaller goals, I'm looking at maybe 30 pounds by summer. I guess we will see how it goes!

Confession Time...what's your secret?!?!?!?
Have I got a list!!

1) I want to weigh less than my husband again. I did when we met and he has always been a bigger guy but I hate when he weighs less!!

2) I want to play sports and games and run with my boys (4 and 2) and not feel like dying after 10 minutes

3 I want to sing. To get my breath back and really be able to belt it out (preferably while dancing...what a workout)

4) I want to RUN. I love love love to run. I just can't. My body won't let me. I want to do 5ks and heartwalks and help raise money for cancer awareness and not be the last person in.

I am tall (5' 10). I don't imagine I will ever be "skinny" but I can and will be healthy. My mom lost over 100 pounds last year and likes to rub it in. I want to show her up. And I want to prove to myself that the usaf made a mistake when they forced me out for being overweight. Lastly, I want to be content with every aspect of my life, not just parts.

Breakfast!
Thanks guys. I've never been a big oatmeal eater, but I may give it a chance, seems to be working well for Yall! Love seeing success. Keep it up! Ill let you know how it works out.

Wii Games
I love the wii. Even things like wii sports and things get me moving around. My personal favourite is the "Just Dance" games. They are fun and some are pretty high energy. I also love wii fit. Some of those games are sooo fun. Instead of going out drinking on fridays, we stay home and play those ridiculous games. Double bonus, movement and no empty beer calories.
