I made the Cabbage/Veggie soup that I found on this website. I made one small modification to it. In addition to the chicken broth, I added 1 whole chicken breast cut up into small pieces. This soup was better than what I expected and I'm really glad for that.

The Doctor informed me that I have high blood sugar. I need to lose 20 pounds and watch my carb and sugar intake. I also am supposed to exercise 30 minutes per day.
I've started with carb counting and taking multiple short walks per day.
