Interesting. As I continue to lose weight and exercise, my blood sugar drops. Just as the Doctor said it would.

I was a bad boy today. I ate a Potts Chile Dog. I haven't had one since May and I probably shouldn't have done that. I've resisted all other temptations thus far. All of the piles of food at family picnics. All of the good stuff at parties. So that was my lunch today. Normally I'd have a small garden salad. OK... I am climbing back on board. Focus, focus, focus!!!

Still losing weight despite the great picnics and awesome food that seems to be piled everywhere that I look. So tempting! Some family members made comments like, OH come on, you can have just a little bit. HAHA, I fooled them. I didn't eat things I wasn't suppose to. I have to continue with my loss because of high sugar. The Doctor told me that I have 10 to 15 more pounds to go and I will be out of the woods. I'm 6' 3" tall so I no longer appear to be fat. That's a good thing! I went down a pants size already and hope to go down at least one more. I am so darn proud of myself. I also realize that if there is something that I need to do, I can do it if I try hard enough.

As before, the summer picnics and BBQ's have been tough on my diet. BUT, I've still lost another pound. YAY ME! Woohoo.

With all of the picnic's that I've been to lately, I'm glad that I still managed to lose a little weight. It's real tough going to a picnic and not eating the good stuff there!
