Did okay this week. Rode the bike every day except Thursday and went to the gym Mon, Wed, and Friday. I did, however, eat a bunch of sugary, fatty, junk on Easter Sunday and totally went way past 2000 calories. I still lost 1.4 pounds, so apparently no harm done.

I did well this week. I got a new road bike and took my first ride on it Saturday 4/7/2012 - way faster and easier than my old one. I don't think I have 14.8 pounds of fat left to lose, so my goal weight is probably going to change from 155 to 160 or 165.
