I started eating correctly again last Saturday, worked out for the first time in months on Sunday, then got terribly sick on Monday. I am still running a low grade fever today (99.2). I barely left my bed since Monday evening. I didn't eat much the whole time and I still don't have an appetite, though I'm feeling much better. The weight loss is most certainly temporary.

Just started working out yesterday, and last night I developed a cold. Going to stay home today and rest, hopefully get back to my workouts next week. I'm still going to eat right this week though, so I should lose a pound or two.
