Hi, I'm married and a mother of 3. When my husband and I started dating, we LOVED to eat out. (Still do!!) I'd order the same nachos, burger and fries as him and would always finsihed it all and feel SO full. So of course the weight started to pile on. Now 3 pregnancies later, it's time to get serious and take care of myself, make time for myself, and finally feel like my own person again.

Track calorie intake Mon-Fri, weekends off
Exercise 3 days per week, work up to 5 days per week. Make exercise part of my daily schedule.
