Today I fell off the wagon and let it roll on top of me. I took the bull by the horn and immediately started to correct that behavior. I prepared my water for the next day and cooked up my food so i won't continue to slip. I also put in 1 hour on the elliptical today instead of my usual 20. WE FALL DOWN…. BUT WE GET UP!

Well I lost weight. That's the goal….. slow and steady! I will revisit my first week journal to cut back on my carbs a little more.

Full-filled my work out challenge this week. Last day was the toughest. My body felt a little heavy today after a very busy yesterday and very little rest last night. So thus is why my performance was not as strong on the elliptical today. Did 20 mins on elliptical- 92 cals, 2.44 miles. I just couldn't get my legs warmed up to pump today. Oh well… you have good days and bad…. just proud I accomplished my 1st week of the challenge!

Food journal not accurate: i only had 2 miniature snickers and i had less chicken. it would not let me break up the quantity

Felt a little bloated this morning. I had a lot of calories yesterday so maybe that's why. I also had 4 peanut butter crackers at 1:30 in the morning. I also want to lower my sodium intake.
My work out was good today. 20 mins elliptical- 117 cals, and 2.71 miles.
Thats my goal to get stronger each day and my workout regimen proves it.
