i obviously lost whatever i gained over thanksgiving. My quess is that i gained 3 lbs. because I weighed 163 the wednesday before thanksgiving and this is my first weigh in since. Im gonna keep on keeping on and maybe seek some nutritional advice. I just don't think its safe to lower my carbs to 20 grams a day if Im jogging 4 days a week about 2 miles each time.

I don't know how much I gained over thanksgiving week. I didn't want to know how much I may have set myself back. I did jog/walk the track 4 times around. I also jogged that morning 3 times around the neighborhood. i didn't get in as many calories as I wanted.

I got bored with the elliptical so I jogged 3 days and did elliptical 1 day. I lost inches for sure…. my jeans are falling off without a belt. I lost 2 lbs. On Monday (my non official weigh in) i was up to 164…. so i did drop that and an extra pound. yay!!!! My goal this week is to break out of the 160s

Did 20 mins elliptical, 1 hr of shoveling rocks and abs with insanity. I also did squats.
