My name is Shelby and this is the first time I've REALLY been serious about loosing weight. I love food. I'm a compulsive binge eater/grazer and this needs to change. I still want to love food, but I want to be able to CONTROL my love for food and not get carried away snacking.

My profile picture is how I look starting out (200.5 lbs, 5'10"). I can't wait until I've lost enough weight to be able to tell a side-by-side difference!

I actually exercise morning AND night and do sets of 50 jumping jacks every hour. I think it's just up to what your body can take.
