HI. I am 64 years old, and have been a member of FS since Jan. 2008. In total, I have achieved a 6 lb loss using the Fat Flush plan. I am a retired lawyer, and love to garden and cook. I have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren, and my husband has another 2 daughters and another 5 grandchildren.

I have been inspired and motivated by the people on this web site. I find it to be a wonderful resource for continuing this on-going battle for health and happiness. I look forward to all of the positive changes in store for all of us.
