I've been heavy most all my life. A few years ago I jumped in and started to 'move more and eat less' and over about 3 years I lost 80 lbs then life got real and ugly and in 2 years I've gained 50 of it back. SO frustrating but I am going to keep going strong because I know how good I CAN feel if I push enough!
